What comes with the platform
One console per facility
Every facility is its own tenant with separate branding, staff accounts, content approvals and reporting boundary. Networks see a roll-up; wards see only their own.
Works when the network doesn't
The activity library is cached on device. A session that starts in a lift-shielded room finishes there too, then syncs aggregate counts when signal returns.
Roles that match the ward
Play specialist, nurse, unit manager and administrator each see the controls they need — and an audit trail records every configuration change.
Accessibility as a requirement
WCAG 2.1 AA targets, scalable text, high-contrast and reduced-motion modes, switch-friendly targets, and a simplified interaction mode for low-dexterity use.
Any screen at the bedside
Phones, tablets on arms, bedside terminals, room televisions and lounge kiosks — including an oversized remote-friendly TV mode.
Aggregate reporting only
Engagement counts, categories and peak hours. No diagnoses, no outcomes, no clinical inference — comfort and distraction are the whole scope.
