Privacy at HealPlay™
A plain-language summary of how we handle information. It is a general notice, not legal advice, and your organization's agreement with us governs in the event of a conflict.
Our philosophy
We collect the minimum information needed to run an engagement platform for organizations. Activity experiences work without names, records or clinical information.
Information organizations provide
An organization gives us its name, care setting, facilities, programs, preferred wording, branding and the work contact details of the people it invites to administer the platform.
Information from activity use
We record which activities were opened, for how long, in which program and with which comfort settings. This is engagement information, not clinical information, and it is reported in aggregate.
Family access
Family passes are time-limited and grant access to approved activities only. They do not expose names, records, medical details or any other identifying information.
What we never do
We do not sell information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share one organization's information with another.
Your rights and requests
An organization may request an export or deletion of its information at any time. Individuals should contact their care organization first, since the organization controls its own records.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will tell organization administrators before the change takes effect.
