What HealPlay is
HealPlay is an engagement and digital activity platform. It supports play, creativity, relaxation, learning, exploration and family connection. It is not a medical device and makes no diagnostic, therapeutic or treatment claims.
Who may use it
Organizations subscribe on behalf of their facilities and programs. Administrators are responsible for who they invite, the roles they grant and the family access they approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use HealPlay to store clinical records, to make care decisions, or in any way that violates applicable law or your own organization's policies.
Content
Activity content is licensed for use inside the platform. Organizations may enable, restrict or extend the library within the tools we provide.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and cache activities on device so a session can continue through a network interruption. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify organization administrators of material changes. An organization may end its subscription according to its agreement and request an export of its information.
